Are you creative? A high school football fan? A master of the sport? And most of all -- responsible?

Then come blog with us! The FCIAC Football Blog and SWC Buzz are looking for contributors.

This is your chance to be seen, heard, and maybe even viewed by thousands of high school football fans in Fairfield County. A full-time commitment is not necessary, but a desire to share your two-cents is. Feel free to contribute video, editorial content, freestyle writing, whatever it may be. Go to a game and write about the coach's decision to go for it on 4th and 10, or do a 1-on-1 video interview with the star of the game. We're looking for anything that can add additional insight to the blogs.

The commitment is what you want to make of it, and what you will get out of it is what you put in. For entry-level and college students, FCIAC Football Blog and SWC Buzz clips can be used to help land a career in journalism. For writers already in the field, this is a chance to do something different than everyday mainstream journalism. And most important, you'll get into the games of your choice for free.

Please note this is a voluntary position (the blog's founder hasn't seen a pay day yet). Maybe (if you're lucky) Tim will buy you a hot dog at the game.
